Returns and Refunds

How many days do customers have to return a product?

Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

What condition must the product be in to be returned?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (new).

How can customers return products?

Exchanges are only available for the same size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not permitted. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the product you want.

How will customers get the return label?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

What restocking fees are applied?

How much will the customer be charged for return shipping?

- For defective products

If the product has been damaged by the carrier, is incorrect or has a defect, the return shipping costs are our responsibility ( no charge ).

So don't worry about how you will return the product to us. The courier will come to the delivery address to pick up the package and bring it to the store for inspection. When the return is approved, you will receive an email. The courier will then bring you the correct product in the condition you ordered. We do our best to keep our customers satisfied.

- For customer remorse

If the customer purchased the wrong product, is not satisfied with it or no longer wants it, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer ( Actual cost of return shipping )

Please return the product to us in the same condition as delivery. Please use a traceable shipping method for the product to reach us or simply use the post office for the product to reach us. Once we have received the product, we will inspect it and send you an email once the return is approved.

Once the return is approved, we will then proceed to refund your money to the payment method initially used to pay for your order. After the refund, you can decide whether to place a new order or not.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds may take 14 days to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.
